Leaving this area is a little complex, but the first step is to turn around from the chest and head back down the hallway. Take a right, then a left. The Barrier Breach will have to be invoked to get outside. Once outside, climb up the hill to the right. It's a bit tricky to navigate the small ledges to grab onto, but jumping like a Destiny 2 Dark Vanguard will make it easier. This will return players to the catacomb entrance again. While the Conflux Team hunts for motes, the Boss Team will be following the Consecrated Mind. It will head down one of those four paths, Front, Back, Left, or Right. Once it reaches the end, the Consecrated Mind will create the Voltaic Overflow effect. In anticipation of this, each team member from the Boss Team needs to have a designated starting and rotational position, and here's why. When the Consecrated Mind creates the Voltaic Overflow effect it will always spawn it in the center. That first center-teammate grabs the effect, and when the Consecrated Mind flashes lights the affected teammate will be able to see either the outer circles or inner circles light up red. The other two Destiny 2 Guardians see both sets of lights, so it's up to the Voltaic Overflow teammate to communicate „inner“ or „outer“ for the correct lights to shoot. The new member of the Boss Team will pick up the next round of Voltaic Overflow, and by that time the original two teammates will have had their effects worn off. Continue this until the Conflux Team deposits the 30 motes, as if they're playing Gambit , and then the Consecrated Mind will be drawn to the Conflux. At the Conflux, the Consecrated Mind will spread its appendages and have multiple red lights showing. Once in the damage phase, the Consecrated Mind will be extremely vulnerable in its eye. It will also back up to the original starting point. Follow it and continue to do damage, as a barrier will soon spawn at the beginning of the hallway, preventing any damage from being done. The whole team can make it beyond the barrier before it spawns but should wait until the Consecrated Mind makes it beyond the next staircase. If the barrier spawns try jumping between the barrier on the left or right sides attaching to the wall to get by it. Destiny 2 's Xenophage Exotic Machine Gun is a great weapon for this boss fight because it fires rapidly and puts out high damage.
