The quest itself is easy if players follow the waypoints , and it doesn't matter if players kill the Tyger Claws on their way to the penthouse or not. Upon doing so, head to Clouds and meet up with Judy to meet with Maiko. The dialogue here doesn't matter , and V is free to say whatever she wants to Judy, as the outcome is the same. However, once players reach the elevator to leave Clouds, Judy will ask if they should kill Woodman. It does not matter if Judy and V kill Woodman or not, but for this playthrough, we thought it best to indulge in Judy's desire for revenge against Woodman to show her that killing him won't solve anything. With Woodman dead, take the elevator to the ground floor, and Ex-Factor will complete.
